TYPE – ALL-IN-ONE COOLING WATER ANTI-SCALENT; BIOCIDE; DISPERSANT & BIO-DISPERSANT for WATER WITH A SCALING TENDENCY or RYZNAR INDEX of 5 and less.
CT5-S100-P is a specialized mildly acidic reacted polymer containing corrosion inhibitors, polymeric anti-scalants, dispersants, biocides and surface active agents. It is specifically designed for water with a Ryznar Index in the scaling range whilst simultaneously preventing the build-up of suspended solids and dispersion of organic and metallic contaminants.
This product also inhibits the proliferation of micro-organisms in process cooling systems, process pipework and vessels.

CT5-S100-P after reconstituted to a liquid should be controlled at 75-100mg/l in the system water and dosed at product concentration required/effective cycles of concentration (B/C) to the make-up water.
There is a direct test method available for testing the residual of CT5-S100-P.
CT5-S100-P can be stored for up to 24 months from the date of manufacture, in its original, sealed packaging, at room temperature in a dry area. Bags must be kept undercover and out of direct sunlight. The reconstituted powder to liquid product can be safely stored in plastic type holding tanks designed to manage the specific gravity listed. CT5-S100-P must be protected from freezing. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn when handling CT5-S100-P.
