FC 200 promotes dispersion of heavy hydrocarbons, carbon, water and other sludge and deposit-forming substances, improves combustion and atomization of the oils, decreases corrosion of metals in contact with the fuel, and is a highly relevant agent for gas sweetening due to its desirable ability to specifically remove hydrogen sulfide. This results in fewer deposits and the overall efficiency is greater due to improved flow. FC 200 will also remove deposits gradually in fuel tanks and lines containing heavy deposits.

FC 200 is typically dosed on a regular basis to the bulk storage prone to organic and microbiological contamination. This dosage may be undertaken via a proportional dosing pump or slug dosed at 1 litre FC 200 per 2000L to 3000L of Fuel Oil. For heavily fouled or contaminated systems, the dosage should be 1 litre per 750L to 1000L of Fuel Oil.
FC 200 can be stored for up to 24 months from the date of manufacture, in its original, sealed packaging, at room temperature in a dry area. Containers must be kept undercover and out of direct sunlight. This product can be safely stored in steel-type holding tanks designed to manage the carrier solvent. FC 200 must be protected from high heat areas. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn when handling.
