GROW is an acronym that creates a framework for water sustainability practices:

- Organising water streams – Separating water streams into distinct systems allows companies to optimise water usage and treatment efficiency. This strategy reduces the impact of wastewater outflow and helps set up sustainable systems to reuse grey or black water, that would otherwise go to waste.
- Water intervention – In areas with severe water scarcity, we perform targeted interventions to conserve water and improve its quality. This resource will always be the original source of life, so we need to take action through water purification and treatment. These interventions could include rainwater harvesting, water efficiency audits, and improved water treatment technologies.
